Wedding Trends 2011 [Part III: Good Eats]

Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for the body. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamin or minerals. 
 
Catering is the business of providing food-service at a remote site.
 
Events can refer to many things such as but can easily be summed up as any gathering with any observable extraordinary occurrence.

The National Association of Catering Executives knows a few things about the above, so when the caterers were asked to deliver the latest wedding trends in food-service, there was no stopping them at this year’s Wedding Trends bash.  From acrylic walls to cotton candy wrapped chicken skewers, each station presented something unbelievably amazing.  To enjoy the tasty treats, a live strolling table was there to assist.  Why find your silver when your silver can find you?
