Danielle + Sam: River Oaks Garden Club Wedding

Danielle + Sam thought a River Oaks Garden Club Wedding with its lush gardens and atmosphere of tranquility would be the ideal location to celebrate. The wedding dream was born to provide a casual elegance in the gardens for all to enjoy. Orange was a color that made the clients happy and became a staple color for this reception. Cobalt blue accents represented the groom’s sparkling eyes. The wedding was kept intimate with only close family and friends in attendance. One of Danielle and Sam’s favorite pastimes was spending time playing games with friends. Guests were greeted by a guest “book” of Jenga game tiles for guests to sign while yard games, included croquet and ladder ball, allowed for a little friendly competition. The bride has a weakness for desserts and between Whole Foods and Crave Cupcakes, there was a variety of delicious desserts for guests to enjoy along with a cup of made to order coffee or tea from Grizzaffi Coffee. What truly made this wedding enjoyable was the love that was felt through the relationships the guests had with the bride and groom, whether it be young children sharing time with the bride or the group of Aggies coming together to share a familiar Aggie yell. On a personal level, it was a special honor for Linda to walk this path with Danielle, as they have been friends since the good ol’ junior high trumpet years.
